This is a reserve grade of Ripe Puerh which is also known as Shu Pu. It is grown and produced in Yun Nan Province, China. This tea is made to reach full fermentation by using “Wo Dui Fa Jiao”. It is the 'living' tea which can be aged and kept for more than 50 years. It goes under minimal processing and as a result keeps producing enzymes and still needs to undergo natural fermentation. The tea has a rich earthy, full body and aging flavour and the flavour keeps changing when you brew it.
