This is a collection grade of Raw Puerh which is also known as Sheng Pu. It is grown and produced in Yun Nan Province, China. This is the 'living' tea which can be aged and kept for more than 50 years. It goes under minimal processing and as a result keeps producing enzymes and still needs to undergo natural fermentation. The tea has a rich grassy, woody and aging flavour and the flavour keeps changing when you brew it.
